Thisis50 & Young Jack Thriller recently spoke with Eddie Huang for an exclusive interview at his famous Taiwanese bun Baohaus, located on the Lower East Side of New York.
A restaurant with a straightforward menu consisting of pillowy steamed buns filled with a choice of a number of flavorful proteins such as cilantro, crushed peanuts and Taiwanese red sugar, sweet bao fries and much more.
