Walter Robinson – Indulgences

Currently on at the moment in New York City is this fantastic art exhibition with work by Walter Robinson. Titled “Indulgences” we see Robinson immortalize life’s various necessities, guilty pleasures and agents of dependency—in these amazing acrylic paintings on paper. Everything from Jack Daniel’s and White Castle sliders to prescription meds and stacks of cash—in a series of, all rendered in a style recalling covers of 1950s paperbacks.
