Pony loves Boobies! Pony gets involved with Keep-A-Breast!

Hi guys!
I am very pleased to announce that we have teamed up with Keep-A-Breast in their fight against breast cancer through Art, Education, Awareness, and Action!  Keep-a-Breast is the greatest organization, full of charismatic, artistic people who are truly dedicated to educate young people about breast cancer.  As you may or may not know, they are involved in art, music, fashion, and tons of amazing events all around the world; they have tons of awesome partners and supporters; and they even have a high school program!  Pony is super stoked to announce that we will be teaming up with them in the future to bring you some rad products for a worthy cause! So keep your eyes peeled!

Big Balboa ballers keep checkin’

Thanks to the Balboa Testers for their continued testing. Their  wear test and input has proven to be invaluable to us! And we also want to send out some love to the girls that are now testing! CW 09 gettin’ plenty of love

The good folks at STACK  and SLAM Magazine gave us some stellar editorial in
their November and December issues. The City Wing 09 (designed by PONY VP of Design, Kyle Pulli) takes on the new Nike LeBron IV and gives it a run for its money. The
City Wings even show-up the much celebrated (Pulli designed) Adidas Team
Signature shoe. You don’t want to miss a chance to play in a pair of the new
City Wing 09! They are the lightest basketball shoe on the market and they
look brilliant in all the team colors. You can cop a pair on Eastbay.com and

Pony news from overseas

The latest issue of Australia’s Handle Magazine boasts a spectacular shot of the PONY
High Flyer in their ‘TASTY NEW KICKS’ section, and I must admit that they
look fresh-to-death next to the new Wade 4.0s! The guys at Handle have been
huge supporters of the PONY comeback and will be featuring the City Wing 09
in their upcoming December issue.

The Famous Stars & Straps skate team led by Felix Arguelles stormed
Barcelona’s Bread & Butter trade show in style. Felix and company held a
skate demo at the show and turned some heads with their LE PONY Uptowns, as seen in Spain’s Uno Magazine.

SOLE COLLECTOR’s Nick DePaula recently dropped by the PONY headquarters to
work with Chad “Sketch” Little on some Special Blend colorways for 09. Check

Alex Avila decks out some Pony sneaks

From his downtown paintings to his custom kicks, local artist Alex Avila is taking SD by storm. Alex grew up in San Antonio, TX, but calls San Diego home. Inspired by downtown living, Alex’s subjects range from run-down buildings, high rises, the rich and the poor. Everyone can relate to his paintings in some way or another. Keep your eye on this guy. He’s just getting started.
